DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Currently, if you are shipping to California, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, you are required to pay sales tax.

DO YOU ACCEPT TAX-EXEMPT FORMS?

To place an tax-exempt order contact customer service at customercare@hollowaysportswear.com or 1-800-456-5092. Email customercare@hollowaysportswear.com with the tax-exempt form and include account information used to set up your Holloway Sportswear account. An account can be created here: http://www.hollowaysportswear.com/customer/account/create/

Once the tax-exempt form has been approved, customer care will contact you and you will be able to order tax-exempt using your Holloway Sportswear account.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

To be notified when an item is back in stock, you must register your email address at Hollowaysportswear.com, select your required size and color of the out-of-stock product, click the “Notify Me” button and enter your email address. We will send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock and available to order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

In order to receive your products as quickly as possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it is placed online.

DOES HOLLOWAY OFFER PERSONALIZATION OF THE PRODUCTS?

No, we do not offer any personalization on any of our merchandise.

Orders are shipped via UPS. We ship via USPS when shipping to a PO Box, APO or FPO.
